Your luxury chalets in South Tyrol

Rates include:

• The provision of bed linen, towels and bath towels
• Electricity
• Central heating
• Final cleaning
• Use of our sauna

Rates are per day per chalet, based on a minimum stay of 4 nights (low season) or 7 nights (high season).

Rates for shorter stays are available on request. Arrival and departure during the high season are on Saturdays only.

Rates do not include the applicable tourist tax, which amounts to €2.60 euro per night for all guests aged 14 year and over.

To confirm your booking, we require a deposit. The amount varies based on how long you are staying.

Although the Italian Consumer Protection Code does not provide for the right of withdrawal for accommodation, we allow cancellation. The following conditions apply:

• 3 months or more before arrival, we only withhold the deposit.
• 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the booking price.
• In the last 4 weeks before arrival, we charge the booking price in full.
• Any cancellation fees are offset against the deposit.

Please refer to articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code (legislative decree 206/2005) for more details.

Having to cancel your stay is disappointing enough. This is why we recommend taking out the Roter Hahn insurance to avoid the extra fees that come with cancellation. Click here to insure your holiday.

Check-in is available from 2 p.m. If you are planning to arrive on a Sunday or bank holiday, please inform us in advance of your expected time of arrival. On the day of departure, please vacate your chalet by 10 a.m.

Our chalets offer everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Niederthalerhof offers you:

• Ski depot with boot dryer
• Bike depot
• Bike washing station
• Toboggans for hire
• Snowshoes for hire

If you are travelling by train or coach, we are happy to pick you up from Brixen station or your bus stop and take you there when you leave.

The Mellaun stop for bus connections to and from Brixen is just a 5-minute walk away. The same stop is also served by the free skibus for the Plose ski resort (the lift valley terminal is a 5-minute drive away).

Free parking is available directly on farm grounds.

On request, we are happy to deliver our breakfast basket to your door. Inside you will find our own homemade products and other locally sourced products – you are free to choose which ones day by day, or to opt for fresh bread rolls only.

Our farm is home to a lot of different animals, so we cannot accommodate guests’ pets. Thank you for your understanding.
