You can book your chalet by sending us an enquiry via our website. There you will find our enquiry form as well as all information about our chalets. You are also welcome to contact us by phone – we are happy to offer personal advice and help you find the perfect chalet for your holiday.

A minimum stay applies depending on the season. During holiday periods and the high season, stays of 7 nights are required, while shorter stays are often possible in the low season. We will be happy to inform you personally about the currently applicable minimum stay requirements.

Your chalet will be ready for you from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. This allows us enough time to prepare everything carefully for your arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the chalet by 10:00 am so that we can lovingly prepare it for our next guests. If you would like to arrive earlier or depart later, please feel free to contact us. Depending on availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. The cancellation terms agreed upon with your booking confirmation apply. If you would like to postpone or modify your stay, simply contact us – we will do our best to find a suitable solution together.

Short stays are possible depending on availability and the time of year. Especially outside the high season, you can often enjoy the peace and natural surroundings of Niederthalerhof for just a few nights. Simply send us an enquiry – we will be happy to let you know about the available options.

You can conveniently pay for your stay by bank transfer. Further information regarding the deposit and remaining balance will be provided with your booking confirmation. If you have any questions about payment, we are always happy to assist you.

Yes. Upon arrival, your beds will already be freshly made and towels will be provided. Tea towels and an initial supply of essentials are also included, so you can enjoy a relaxing holiday from the very first moment.

Yes. Each chalet features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need during your stay. Whether it’s a cosy breakfast, a shared dinner or a glass of South Tyrolean wine in the evening – you can enjoy complete freedom and flexibility.

Of course. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout your entire stay, allowing you to stay connected with family and friends or conveniently plan your next excursion.

Yes. Each chalet has a free parking space directly at the farm. This allows you to park your car conveniently and start your holiday in complete comfort.

Thanks to the high-quality wooden construction and the peaceful mountain location, the chalets maintain a pleasant indoor climate even during summer. Traditional air conditioning is therefore not necessary. The natural materials create a cosy atmosphere all year round.

Yes. Each chalet is equipped with a television. At the same time, the unique surroundings invite you to slow down and enjoy the tranquillity of nature, the mountain views and precious time with family or friends.

Yes. For our youngest guests, we are happy to provide baby cots and high chairs upon request. Please let us know when booking so that everything is ready for your arrival.

Yes. Free parking spaces are available directly at Niederthalerhof for our guests. This allows you to arrive comfortably and leave your car safely during your stay.

Arriving in the afternoon allows you to start your holiday in a relaxed way. This gives you enough time to settle into your chalet, arrive at your own pace and enjoy the special atmosphere of Niederthalerhof.

If you are arriving with an electric car, please let us know in advance. We will be happy to provide information about available charging options in the surrounding area.

Yes. You are welcome to leave your luggage at the farm before check-in or after check-out.

No. Out of consideration for our guests, our farm and the special atmosphere of Niederthalerhof, dogs and other pets are not allowed. We want to provide all guests with a peaceful and relaxing stay while preserving the harmonious coexistence with our farm animals.

No. Our chalets are non-smoking accommodations. We want to offer our guests a pleasant, fresh and natural living environment. Smoking is therefore not permitted inside the chalets.

Depending on the season and weather conditions, opportunities for barbecuing and enjoying time together outdoors may be available. We will be happy to inform you about the current possibilities at the farm during your stay.

Yes. Niederthalerhof is a wonderful holiday destination in South Tyrol throughout the year. Each season has its own special charm: blooming meadows and hiking experiences in spring and summer, golden autumn days in the mountains, and snowy winter landscapes with cosy hours in the chalet and sauna.

You do not need to bring much. Our chalets are comfortably equipped and provide everything you need for a relaxing stay. We recommend bringing clothing suitable for the season and good footwear so that you can fully enjoy the nature and surroundings of Niederthalerhof.
