When in South Tyrol… indulge as we do, with a traditional afternoon snack of home-smoked Speck, cheese and bread.
Can we tempt you to a glass of good wine? We grow our own sustainable PIWI Merlot and Sauvignon varieties.
We also have a varied vegetable garden, tended with much care and pride by our Brigitte.
On request, you’re welcome to use our vegetables for your cooking.
