We think it’s one of the best cakes ever…
Here is the recipe:
Ingredients
- 4 eggs, size L
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 250 g flour
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- 100 ml hot water
- ½ packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 30 g cocoa powder
- Butter and breadcrumbs for the mold
Preparation
Mix the whole eggs with the powdered sugar, flour, water, oil, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Brush a bundt cake tin with melted butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour half of the mixture into the mold. Mix the cocoa powder with a little water, mix with the rest of the batter and pour into the bundt cake tin. Mix the dough with a fork or chopstick to create the marble patterns. Bake the bundt cake in a preheated oven at 170°C for approx. 40 minutes.
